Here are the simple steps to meet us and see if we are a good fit for you.

- Review your processes in place today.
- Collect and document a checklist of maintenance items, their schedules, service person, and contact info.
- Schedule any home maintenance and repair work, and supervising the projects as needed.
- Obtain Referrals or coordination with other professionals for services needed.
- Coordinate lawn care and trash pickup.
- Periodic water filter check & replacement. (Refrigerator/Ice Maker, whole house)
- Periodic light bulb changes as needed.
- Periodic dryer vent check.
- Periodic septic care / well care review.
- HVAC/home warranty contract review and followup seasonal checkups.
- Seasonal review of household tasks, such as water shutoff, storage of items for the summer/winter,
- Investigate or provide references for community services.
Bill Pay
- Review your process in place today.
- Create and maintain a budget, if needed.
- Review and setup Expense and Income tracking, if needed.
- Setup one bank account to pay bills from only. This limits my visibility to just bill pay funds.
- Setup automation of finances and create online banking transactions, if desired.
- Monitor actual spending versus budget.
- Reconcile checking/savings accounts.
- Reconcile credit card statements.
- Monitor credit card activity for suspicious activity or unwarranted charges.
- Prepare checks for monthly payment for your approval and signature.
- Prepare bank deposits — Arrange direct deposit.
- Process insurance claims.
- Reconcile the myriad of medical bills with statements, Explanation of Benefits, etc.
- Discuss billing questions with creditors and renegotiation options.
- Review the type of credit card you use, and find the right one for you to optimize rewards.
Mail review and organization
- Open, review, shred mail.
- Mail pick up and process at post office.
- Create a “shoe box” filing system (New mail, Paid bills, & Store receipts). This is simple, yet effective way for all in household (including me!) to see where were are quickly at a glance at that period of time.
Personal visits
- Check-in and socialization time.
- Monitoring of any identified aspects of interest.
Grocery Shopping
- Set up of home delivery options (PeaPod, Safeway etc.)
- Weekly shopping based on shopping list of items.
Technical or computer needs
- Setup or instruct on the use of many devices (Computer/phone/TV/internet)
- Setup or instruct on apps like email, zoom, medical portals, tele-health visits
